Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) Use Case Guide for Type 2 Diabetes

If a patient has requested a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) or you are suggesting a CGM, use our use case to determine if a CGM is appropriate for the patient and if it is likely to be covered by the patient’s insurance. The guide includes 1.) common scenarios, 2.) technology considerations, 3.) patient characteristics to consider when navigating insurance coverage for CGMs.
