Program Director
Dr. Oshman is a family physician and clinical associate professor in the University of Michigan Department of Family Medicine. She graduated from Baylor College of Medicine (2003) and completed Family Medicine residency training at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY (2007). She completed the Cook County Faculty Development Fellowship in Chicago, Ill. (2014) and NorthShore University HealthSystem Quality and Patient Safety Fellowship in Chicago, Ill. (2016). Prior to joining the University of Michigan in 2020, she practiced for five years in Concord, New Hampshire, then served as a residency faculty member and vice-chair for quality at NorthShore University Health System in Chicago. She has experience leading quality improvement in diabetes and other chronic disease initiatives at NorthShore.
