- Our next Advocacy Workgroup is taking place on Wednesday, April 2nd from 12pm-1pm and will focus on dashboard and data. Link to register.

- Note: PO monthly calls are canceled in April due to the regional meetings. We will resume PO calls in May.
Deadlines
- Year 2 endocrinology practices must choose a primary care practice to partner with for the PCP partnership projects by today, April 1st. POs who have a practice that this applies to were emailed on Tuesday, March 25th with additional details.
Reminders/FYIs
- The data refresh through 1/31/2025 is available now on the MCT2D Patient Data Dashboard.
- Endocrinology attribution is now completed in the MCT2D Patient Data Dashboard.
- Symbols are now included in numerical lab values for eGFR on the dashboard and 2025 diabetes medication updates are complete as well.
