Fall 2022 Regional Meeting Recap with Endocrinology Talk Recordings

November 28, 2022

The Michigan Collaborative for Type 2 Diabetes held seven regional meetings across the state this October and November. We are grateful to the nearly 200 members who joined from near and far to network, learn, and share insights from their respective practices.
We want to extend a very special thank you to our presenters, including MCT2D health educator and dietitian Rina Hisamatsu, MPH, RDN and several endocrinology members. Their invited talks allowed members to take a deeper dive into care coordination challenges and application of CGMs across primary care and endocrinology.
Please find links to their featured presentations, along with a YouTube playlist of our full meeting recordings and downloadable slides and reports below. Thank you for making our fall gatherings a lively and enriching experience!
